Njori Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Njori, we value customer satisfaction. This policy explains the rules and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

2. Return Eligibility

A product can be returned if it meets the following criteria:

  • Return request initiated within 7–15 days of delivery (depending on product category)
  • Product is unused, in original condition, and packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is available
  • Certain products may be non-returnable, e.g., perishable goods, personalized/custom items

3. Initiating a Return

  • Log in to your Njori account and go to My Orders
  • Select the product and click Return/Replace
  • Choose a reason from the available list
  • Schedule a pickup (for home collection) or drop off at a designated return center

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and verified:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary:
  • Wallet/UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount = Product Price + Applicable Taxes – Shipping Charges (if applicable)

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or variant issues, subject to stock availability
  • Customers may need to return the original product before the replacement is shipped

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be allowed; customers may initiate a return after delivery
  • Refund is processed according to the same rules as above

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Njori will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Personalized/customized products
